The location was excellent. The apartment elegant and simply furnished. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Good secure entrance to the apartment and clean, tidy surrounding area. Amazing historic wooden ceilings. Tea and coffee provided were much appreciated. Blerina and Bruno, the two members of staff we had contact with, were professional, friendly and helpful in their dealings with us. The apartment was cosy and warm. It was lovely and sunny outside but a bit chilly, therefore returning to the apartment in the evening was very pleasant.

Perfectly located in the heart of Florence. Amazingly big apartment in what feels like an historical building.Two big bedrooms, clean sheets and house, living room with a view on a nice street, very good restaurants nearby. We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely return.

Very convenient apartment, with everything needed. Very light and a lot of space. Fantastic location, great facilities, big bright rooms. Very helpful host. We were guided for the nearest garage to leave the car. Despite of a bit early check out, there was a comfortable luggage room.
