The location was excellent, in the heart of Florence, the host was very friendly and ready to help with anything, personal attention was felt. Place was freshly done, new and very clean, comfortable, felt homely. The host let me leave the backpack after check-out. I would really recomend it.

Excellent, central location. Very clean, spacious and bright. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Perfect for 3 traveling together. 2 bathrooms was great. Excellent communication with hosts and they were very helpful in letting us store our luggage.

The location was excellent. The apartment elegant and simply furnished. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Good secure entrance to the apartment and clean, tidy surrounding area. Amazing historic wooden ceilings. Tea and coffee provided were much appreciated. Blerina and Bruno, the two members of staff we had contact with, were professional, friendly and helpful in their dealings with us. The apartment was cosy and warm. It was lovely and sunny outside but a bit chilly, therefore returning to the apartment in the evening was very pleasant.

You could not find a more central location in Florence! What fun it was to stay right by the Piazza della Signoria! It was very spacious, cozy, well equipped kitchen, lovely shower with big fluffy towels, the beds were fabulous… it was perfect! Easy to find and check in and we were able to leave our luggage there on our final day after we checked out. We loved our stay in the Condotta apartment!
