Amazing location, good communication from managers

This apartment has an excellent location in the historical part of Florence. Walk out the door and you are on the Main Street of shopping and restaurants all around. Beautiful square of sculptures and steps away from Ponte Vecchio bridge, the Duomo and there is a bus stop right in front of the door to take you to the train station. It really is such a good location. We chose the penthouse suite on the top floor which is huge! Also has a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the clock tower. Loved having the washing machine and then hung everything to dry on the drying rack outside in the sun.

This apartment is fantastic! Great location, comfortable beds and furniture, great bathroom with a wonderful shower. There is nothing we could complain about, it was more than expected.

Cannot fault this apartment in any way. The location was perfect with a great restaurant next door and walking distance to all the sites in Florence. The welcome was timely and given we gave v little time from booking (v last minute) to arriving it could not have been better. The speed, professionalism and courtesy was all very high. We will certainly look to return when we are back in Florence in December.

The property and location near the Piazza della Signoria were absolutely perfect for visiting Florence, the sights the museums, restaurants and walking to all attractions and more. Most importantly, our hosts were wonderful, and quickly became our friends. We felt we received the Four Seasons type concierge service from them. We have traveled extensively throughout our lives and the quality of service and attentiveness to our needs by our hosts were unparalleled. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Florence to choose the Condotta apartments for your stay.
