Fantastic, immediate communication with the host. They welcomed us at the flat, had luggage storage (in the building) for the day we left and organised our taxi to the airport. The accommodation is super comfortable for 5 people with two bedrooms and a pull-out bed. Loved the simple, but very Italian decor (wall paintings!). Our towels were changed after a couple days and the rubbish taken out. Feels like hotel service! Location is amazing (couldn't be more central); the major attractions are all within 5-10mins walk. Considering the central location the flat is not noisy (some inevitable noise from buskers outside, but this switches off at a certain time). Not cheap, but worth it!
