Would definitely recommend apartment and location. Our stay in Florence was most enjoyable
The location was excellent. The apartment elegant and simply furnished. The beds were very comfortable and bedrooms spacious. Good secure entrance to the apartment and clean, tidy surrounding area. Amazing historic wooden ceilings. Tea and coffee provided were much appreciated. Blerina and Bruno, the two members of staff we had contact with, were professional, friendly and helpful in their dealings with us. The apartment was cosy and warm. It was lovely and sunny outside but a bit chilly, therefore returning to the apartment in the evening was very pleasant.

The penthouse terrace was a dream
We used the penthouse and another appartment to spread out and Condotta worked out perfectly. Awesome location, so many great bars and food stops nearby, plus Via Condotta could not be in a cooler street. We were there mid summer and being able to get back to air con kept everyone energised. And the penthouse terrace was a lovely place to unwind each evening. We would 100% return to see Bruno and Blerina again.
