  Yes, the elevator operates from the first floor to the second and third floors. Stairs are required to reach the first floor, and additional stairs are needed to access the Penthouse.

  Condotta 16 Apartments is located just 250 meters from the center of Florence, making it a perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

• Can a car drop us off in front of the apartment?

  Since Condotta 16 Apartments is located in a pedestrian area, cars cannot drop guests off directly in front of the building. It is recommended to park at Bargello Garage and walk to the apartment, which is only 5 minutes away.

• Is there a ground-floor apartment?

  No, our apartments start from the first floor. You will need to take the stairs to access the first level.

• What are the check-in and check-out times?

  Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Please contact us if you need special arrangements.

  Yes, we collaborate with “Bargello” Garage on Via Ghibellina, which is only a 5-minute walk from the apartments. The rate is €30-35 per day, depending on the size of your vehicle.

  The parking garage is a short 5-minute walk away. While reservations aren’t always necessary, we recommend booking a spot ahead of time to ensure availability, especially during busy periods.

• Do I need a special permit for my car rental to get to the apartment?

  No special permit is needed to access the garage. Since the apartment is in a pedestrian zone, we recommend parking your car first and walking to the apartment.
